By polluting the air we are not only killing our home but we are killing ourselves. We may not notice it but that is what global warming is all about. If we destroy our Earth, then we have no place to live and we will all eventually die.
It is a well-known fact that this is going to happen if we don’t start taking care of our planet. The trees will die, the summers will be hotter and the winters will be much harsher. Without the trees we will die sooner because trees create and provide oxygen for us and that’s what keeps us alive.
People that are working outside every day or out doing yard work will feel the effects of the sun. We also do not need another harsh winter like the one we just had. By polluting the air we are destroying our home.
We need more technology to help us stop or slow global warming, and if we all recycled and composted and put what needs to go into the garbage in the garbage, maybe that would help too. I think that if we all did everything we could it would be enough to help save our environment.
If we clean up all the litter and plant new plants and trees we will succeed and actually maybe stop global warming. It’s not too late to make a difference. It’s not too late to help save us.
Also, all the chemicals and oil spillages in the water are making the lakes toxic and dirty. We need that water to survive and the toxic chemicals will kill us. If we think a little, one double-sided piece of paper will save trees. If we double-side all our paper so we don’t have to use so much, then it will save many, many more trees.
By thinking before you do something that might damage our environment we might be able to combat global warming. I don’t want to be the reason why our home gets destroyed, do you?
