Chelsea Christine DeForest, age 12, beloved daughter of John DeForest and Yvonne McColl, died suddenly on Sunday, October 28, 2007 on Highway 118 East, as the result of a single car accident.

She was the loving sister of Danny and Cody and precious granddaughter of Gwen and Gerald DeForest of Bracebridge.

Chelsea spent many happy weekends and vacations at Wood Lake. She especially appreciated the love she received from the congregation at St. David’s Presbyterian Church in Vankoughnet. Her special friend, Rev. Cam Taylor, conducted her funeral service in Georgetown on Friday, November 2, 2007.
