Lucy Marshall passed away at the Pines Long Term Care Residence on January 8, 2008 in her 103rd year.

Lucy was predeceased by her only son Kenneth, her daughter-in-law Doreen, her grandson James, and husband Ernest. She will be missed by her grandchildren Douglas and his wife Janis, granddaughter Sharon Kufner and her husband Mike, and great-grandchildren Paul Marshall, Andrew Marshall, Nancy Marshall Platts and her husband Rob and great-great-grandchild Abby Marshall Platts.

Lucy was born in Banbridge, Ireland in 1905 and immigrated to Canada with her family when she was 15 years of age. She spent the last two years of her life as a resident of the Pines.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of the Pines for their compassion and loving care toward Lucy. A memorial service is planned for the spring.
