Words cannot describe how I feel about the betrayal of trust and financial irresponsibility of those responsible for our water and sewer mess.

Having raised four children and managed my affairs in a responsible way and passed it on to them, I now find myself having to come up with a huge increase in my water and sewer payment.

Those of us on fixed incomes have no way of budgeting more money for anything without taking away from some other item in our budget

Perhaps this paper could publish their names so we can thank them when we meet them shopping in our neighbourhood.
