ROLLOVER. A tractor-trailer travelling south on Highway 11 in Gravenhurst rolled over onto its side shortly before 12 p.m. on Monday blocking both southbound lanes of the highway. Bracebridge OPP rerouted southbound traffic at Muskoka Road 169 but several vehicles were stuck behind the accident and delayed for at least one hour.

Highway 11 southbound was closed for over an hour Monday morning just south of Gravenhurst after the second tractor-trailer mishap in six days.

A tractor-trailer travelling south on Highway 11 rolled over onto its side shortly before 12 p.m. and blocked both southbound lanes of the highway.

Bracebridge OPP rerouted southbound traffic at Muskoka Road 169 but several vehicles were stuck behind the accident and delayed for at least one hour.

Amidst heavy tow trucks, a loader was brought in to push the tractor-trailer out of the lanes to let the waiting traffic through. Tow trucks were expected to remove the tractor-trailer shortly after.

Witnesses at the scene said a female driver of the transport received minor injuries from the rollover.
