We recently had the great pleasure of attending a dramatic presentation at Windermere United Church on the life and shooting death of Martin Luther King 40 years ago on April 4, 1968.

The performance by members of Huntsville’s United Church congregation was extremely well done, moving and insightful.

It will be enacted again at Bracebridge United Church on Sunday, April 13 at 9:15 a.m. and at 10:30 a.m.

Highly recommended, this play shows what literally a handful of people can and did accomplish. It is a powerful, welcome message for all of us in this time of tremendous international challenges, to not be discouraged, that each of us, when we stand up, can achieve anything and “move mountains.”
