It used to be that when we first saw the Canadian Shield rocks and crossed the Severn River bridge we felt we were back home in our beloved and beautiful Muskoka.
Now that feeling is ruined by the desecration of rock and bush, and signs every few yards.
The approaches to Gravenhurst from the south and from Bala are becoming uglier by the week.
Is there any way to rid our lovely countryside of this visual pollution?
I know we have to have some signs, but let them be as few as possible and in good taste.
